A powerful second half more than compensated for a slow start. At one stage 3 point shots were raining in! Confidence was in no way dented by our only defeat last week. The Bartletts were soon in the zone in more senses than one. Next season looks promising with so many year 10 players in the team and thus eligible for next season. Jode Hughes and Eugene Madzima look ready to lead with Jon Omonua as a real attacking threat.

A wonderful team to coach. The highlight for me was their willingness to come in to play the one match during the school holiday! Over 20 lads played, but there was a solid core of 12 stalwarts who could always be relied on. Some of these had the good grace to come and support the U14 team on Thursdays, home and away. A true manifestation of the OSH spirit.
